Isabella is a non-smoking fully self contained house. Sorry no pets.
Longer minimum night stays apply long weekends, Labour Day, Queens Birthday, Easter etc.

Check out: 10.30am (later checkout may be available by prior arrangement)
50% deposit secures your booking. We accept Money Orders, Direct credit, Mastercard, Visa and cheques**. If you wish to pay by cheque payment must be made a full 10 days in advance of commencement of stay.
 
Terms and Conditions

Deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 3 days prior to occupancy or if not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
The deposit is refunded in full if cancellation is received 10 days prior to initial arrival date. If less than 10 days notice is given, deposit may be refunded if replacement booking is obtained.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Damage, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Checkout time as listed above is to allow time to prepare the property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
Pets are not allowed.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Loss of the key by the tenants will incur a charge of $50 for the replacement of lock barrels and new keys. If guests make the Masterlock inoperable they will be subject to a $100 fee for its replacement.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
